Betty has devoted years of her life to Italy and its pasta, so it feels only fair that she share the art with you.
In her expert masterclasses, Betty will talk you through the secrets of the perfect dough, regional variations, sauce pairing tips and demonstrate various shapes. You will then make your own dough and sauces from scratch, and sit down to enjoy the fruits of your efforts with a delicious glass of wine. Classes usually last 3 to 4 hours and are perfect for corporate team building events, hen dos, birthdays or private groups.
